Role Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Infant/Toddler Teacher to contribute to our vibrant educational environment. This role involves a structured schedule, typically from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a thoughtful and engaging program tailored for infants and toddlers.
  • Utilize diverse educational strategies, including storytelling and interactive play, to facilitate learning.
  • Monitor each child's progress to enhance their social skills and self-esteem.
  • Encourage artistic and practical skills through a well-structured curriculum focusing on foundational concepts like shapes, numbers, and colors.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

This position is available for immediate hire, contingent upon a successful background check, completion of required online training, and submission of three references. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, along with prior experience in childcare settings and familiarity with relevant regulations. Candidates with at least one year of teaching experience are preferred, and comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided upon hiring.

  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards applicable to educational settings.
  • Exceptional communication and teaching abilities.

  • Ability to balance creativity with structured learning.
  • Certification in infant/child CPR is advantageous.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma.
