Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychology Fellow to join our team at Manhattan Psychology Group. As a Clinical Psychology Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing evidence-based methods to assess and treat mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience using evidence-based CBT interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD, and ADHD. PCIT experience and/or neuropsychological assessment experience are also highly desirable.

As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training on a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy and testing practices, including CBT, PCIT, SM, and ABA. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced clinicians who specialize in evidence-based treatments and have a strong commitment to direct care learning opportunities, 1:1 supervision, and growth.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $65,000 per annum, distributed in bi-weekly payrolls, as well as health and welfare benefits, retirement eligibility, and professional reimbursements. The schedule is 12 months, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid arrangement that includes up to 20% remote work and Saturdays in-person.

Responsibilities will include using evidence-based methods to assess and/or treat patients, participating in special projects, assisting with clinical coordination, and actively seeking patient feedback. The ideal candidate will have solid time management, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as alignment with the company mission, vision, and core values.

To be considered for this position, please submit your application, along with two letters of recommendation, to careers@manhattanpsychologygroup.com. A phone screen with our Director of Recruiting will follow, followed by a virtual interview with one of our Senior or Lead Psychologists, and an in-person interview with our Clinical Director of Mental Health and Testing Services.
