Electrical Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Pkaza LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of critical facility construction projects from cradle to grave.

About the Role:

  • Lead electrical construction project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery within budget, scope, and schedule.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement project plans, procedures, and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality in project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance within project teams.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure adherence to company standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to junior project managers and team members.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • NC Electrical Unlimited License is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, as well as construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to travel as needed to project sites and participate in meetings, site visits, and training sessions.
