We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at MD Care Hospice. As a Hospice Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Case Manager.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Meets the training requirements of the State.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
- Understands hospice philosophy and is comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill.
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 per hour and a flexible schedule that includes Monday to Friday. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
