Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Radiant Medical Staffing, you will partner with skilled nursing facilities to provide daily clinical care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories. This role requires administering medications, wound care, and other treatment options, as well as monitoring and communicating changes in condition to providers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide primary nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and wound care
• Monitor and communicate changes in condition to providers
• Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs
• Communicate with outside providers, including primary care providers, home health agencies, and pharmacies
• Implement and follow primary care providers' orders
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
