Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team and drive our business forward. This is a prime opportunity for experienced Sales Managers or Fixed Operations Managers ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Sales Manager, or Fixed Operations Manager within the automotive or truck dealership industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Class 8 trucks and related industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

Compensation:

A competitive base salary plus tantalizing bonus incentives awaits the right candidate. First year compensation has a range of $150,000 or higher for the right person.
