Collaborating with diverse teams, you will ensure seamless integration of IT Asset Management processes and tools across our organizational framework. Your technical expertise will be essential in enhancing ITAM operations and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions tailored to business needs and industry standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements, outline project scope, and set timelines.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Facilitate integration of ServiceNow ITAM with other modules and external tools to optimize workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to ServiceNow ITAM functionalities and integrations.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability of ITAM solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in IT Operations Management and the ServiceNow platform to foster continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ITAM tools and processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Experience with HAM Pro and SAM Pro.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
