About the Role

Rising Ground is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day health services activities, ensuring the well-being of our youth and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate health services activities, including medical care, treatment, and support services.
  • Provide general medical care and treatment to individual supported persons, on-site.
  • Conduct physical examinations, preventative health measures, and health evaluations, assessments, and screenings.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and other health professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Administer medication, train staff, and assist with home visits and community provider visits as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid New York State Registered Nurse License.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Recent experience in pediatric nursing and/or psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, oral, and written communication skills.
