Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lightning Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Lightning Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for installing lightning protection systems on and around buildings of all kinds. This includes:

  • Installation of capture devices on the roof
  • Mounting of conductors on building facades to the ground
  • Installation of grounding systems in concrete or soil
  • Performing grounding and continuity measurements
  • Creating documentation materials

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An apprenticeship in a relevant field, ideally as a lightning protection technician, electrician, plumber, or with a similar trade background
  • A valid driver's license (Class 3 or B)
  • Ability to work independently, well-organized, and goal-oriented with a willingness to get hands-on
  • Proficiency in using tablets and smartphones
  • Familiarity with VDE standards, such as VDE or VDE
