Key Responsibilities:

  • Phlebotomy Procedures: Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and efficiency, ensuring accurate blood sampling and laboratory results.
  • Intravenous Therapy: Skillfully initiate and monitor intravenous therapy as required, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Triage Assessments: Conduct thorough triage assessments, prioritize patient needs, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Medical Procedures: Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with medical procedures and examinations, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Patient Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

  1. Licensure: Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN, preferably in a specialty clinic or hospital environment.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and demonstrated success in starting IVs preferred.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
