Grizzly Security Armored Express is on the lookout for a dedicated Secure Transport Operator. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe transit of valuables across various locations. The primary duties encompass operating and managing the armored vehicle while adhering to strict safety protocols. Protecting the assets of Grizzly Security and our clients is of utmost importance, and all personnel must comply with safety regulations regarding vehicle operation, firearms, and overall health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of the armored vehicle at all times.
  • Assist the Messenger during the collection or delivery of valuables at client sites.
  • Service ATM machines along designated routes.
  • Remain vigilant to any potential hazards at pick-up or drop-off points.
  • Report any identified risks promptly.
  • Deliver customer service that aligns with Grizzly Security's standards.
  • Adhere strictly to the policies and procedures set forth by Grizzly Security.
  • Complete necessary documentation related to vehicle operations, deliveries, and billing.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Meet all Department of Transportation requirements.
  • Hold a valid firearm permit or demonstrate the ability to meet firearms licensing requirements.
  • Possess a valid guard card or the ability to obtain one.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times while on duty.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • Display strong ethics and integrity.
