Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activity services, defining and implementing treatment goals, and providing continuous patient care, observation, and interaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide therapy services, including occupational therapy, to patients with mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with established criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Certification or licensure by state and/or national governing body in Occupational Therapy
  • One year of related experience in mental health or occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
