Job Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Direct all on-site operations for heavy industrial and wastewater initiatives, focusing on planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators, ensuring optimal performance.
- Safety Management: Implement and uphold safety standards and regulations on-site to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee construction processes to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry benchmarks, and quality standards.
- Project Scheduling: Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion.
- Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to maximize project efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any challenges or conflicts that arise during construction, implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Documentation Management: Keep accurate and current records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Inspection Coordination: Organize and facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Over 10 years of extensive experience in the field
- Proficient understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks
- CSL certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
- Valid unrestricted Driver's License
- OSHA 30 certification
