We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Medical City Plano. Key Responsibilities- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least 2+ years of experience in acute hospital experience
