What You'll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and coordinate services to meet those needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse, preferred.
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.
  • Valid CPR certification, preferred.
