Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute tailored educational programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Deliver customized instruction to address the distinct needs of students facing various learning challenges, emotional disturbances, or other special requirements.
- Modify educational materials and teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning preferences and capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with general education instructors, therapists, and other professionals to ensure the educational and behavioral objectives of students are achieved.
- Evaluate and track student progress, maintaining precise and timely documentation of student accomplishments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience with students with disabilities, ideally in an educational environment.
- Strong knowledge of special education regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of effective teamwork.
