About the Role- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, ensuring a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, supporting the efforts of the facility to improve engagement.
- Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
- Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment, ensuring a competitive compensation and benefits package.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
- Minimum of two years of healthcare experience, with BSN and at least three years of healthcare experience preferred.
