In this unit, we specialize in the care of patients experiencing Strokes, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and those recovering from craniotomy procedures.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Medical-Surgical team, your responsibilities will include:- Delivering direct nursing care in alignment with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitoring and documenting patients' conditions effectively, ensuring timely interventions.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing protocols.
- Assessing and coordinating patients' discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
