Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer

SAIC is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native services and applications on the AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud architecture and infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on cloud-related topics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud engineering and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks such as AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Security, Compliance, and Governance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native applications and services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud-based monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
