Job Summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Assistant to join our team. As a Staffing Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of recruiting, including tracking and monitoring candidate information, selection and hiring of new employees/consultants, and overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of recruiting, including tracking and monitoring candidate information
  • Selection and hiring of new employees/consultants
  • Oversee the background and pre-employment screening process
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and consultants
  • Format job requests from clients and manage job board postings
  • Format and submit consultant profiles as per client standards
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with consultants and clients
  • Work with consultants and subcontractors to complete skill matrices and follow up on requirements
  • Maintain knowledge and skills related to specific tasks
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks, and multi-task as needed
  • Run background checks and complete onboarding paperwork for consultants
  • Assist with preparing RFP documents, bids, and proposals
  • Develop and maintain the company's social media platform and job postings

Requirements

  • Desire to contribute and make a real difference in a growing company
  • Experience working as a Staffing Assistant or in HR or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Flexible and able to help out in all areas of the office as needed
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
