Speech-Language Pathologist Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students who have speech and language disorders, providing support that helps them thrive in their educational environment. Your expertise will be essential in conducting speech and language assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to students with speech-language disorders. You will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a supportive environment and track and document student progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech-language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Track and document student progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Support IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals.
  • For Speech-Language Pathology Assistants: Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.


Requirements:
  • Speech-Language Pathologist: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid MA SLP license.
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistant: Associates degree in an approved SLPA program or related field, valid MA SLPA license.
  • Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
