About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at Spring Health. As a Therapist, you will provide in-person psychotherapy to clients with a range of benefits, from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing many sessions as medically necessary.

Our ideal candidate is a licensed therapist with a passion for delivering evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person psychotherapy to clients with a range of benefits
  • Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern
  • Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our EHR
  • Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team
Requirements
  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state and ideally, multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 years of total experience within mental health
  • Dedicated office space in which to provide in-person therapy if you choose to provide those services
  • Comfortable with technology, able to manage an online calendar, and complete notes, review case files, and general documentation online
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT
  • Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
