Job Title: Three Year Old Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Kiddie Academy. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and preparing them for a successful academic journey.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a focus on child development and educational methods. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy and meets the needs of our students.
  • Employ a variety of teaching techniques, including storytelling, educational play, and media, to engage and motivate our students.
  • Observe and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support individual needs.
  • Encourage socialization and conflict resolution among students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Guide students in developing their artistic and practical skills, including crafts, music, and movement activities.
  • Organize and supervise nap and snack times, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and collaborating on educational goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and educational methods.
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in child CPR and First Aid.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
