Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campus Ambassador to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our campus operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the coordination of campus events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and supply management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
