We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's and Children's Float Pool team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to deliver excellent care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
- BLS certification required upon hire
- NRP certification required within 1 month of hire
- PALs certification required for Pediatrics
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: Mother-Baby, Newborn Nursery, NICU, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, or Pediatric Intensive Care
