Position Overview:

  • Accountable for supporting patient care tasks within the Surgical Suite
  • Prepares the Surgical Suite with essential supplies and instruments for operations
  • Relays patient information to the Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the Operating Room or completion of a surgical technician training program

Physical Demands:

  • Continuous use of visual and auditory senses
  • Regular lifting and bending
  • Occasional sitting and use of a keyboard

Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association

Work Schedule:
