Test and Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Test and Assembly Technician to join our team at Curtiss-Wright. As a Test and Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and repairing products and customer returns in accordance with process instructions, drawings, test specifications, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess warranty claims and analyze root cause of product failures, documenting test and inspection results for feedback to the customer.
  • Develop repair plans to satisfy customer and engineering requirements.
  • Utilize test procedures, specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools to assemble and evaluate final products.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Inspect sub-components and final product for compliance to requirements and release conforming product to subsequent operations.
  • Provide training and support to assembly and machining teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop effective working relationships.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.
