Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with the RN team to promote patient safety and comfort
- Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
- Adhere to Asante's Vision and Values
- CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
