Nursing Professional with Compassionate Care

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide patient care in accordance with the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process
* Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients
* Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
* Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information
**Qualifications:**
* Education: Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program
* Licensure: Current RN licensure with State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in acute care
* Certification/Registration: BLS
