Job Description

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented, currently or previously certified or licensed healthcare professionals to work on a part- or full-time basis. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing mobile paramedical healthcare exams (health history, vitals, obtain and complete specimens).
  • Non-interpretive ECG tracings. ECG machines are not the examiner's responsibility to own.
  • The ability to self-schedule your caseload; APPS sends you the case, and you accept or decline.
  • Strong communication with the regional office's staff regarding case status or any issues that arise.
  • Professional conduct at all times representative of the healthcare industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have current licensure, certificate of medical training, previous certification/licensure or commensurate experience, one year of recent phlebotomy experience, completed a minimum of 100 successful draws, valid driver's license, and own transportation with valid insurance.

Benefits

This is a 1099G position, which means we do not provide benefits like health, SDI, vision insurance. However, as an independent contractor, you have the opportunity to earn up to $50/hr depending on the requirements of each individual case.

Others

You must have strong communication, organization, and technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to interface extensively with clients, management, and office staff. A computer, preferably a laptop with camera or a tablet, and a mobile phone are also required. Documentation standards are of paramount importance, so ensure your resume has correct grammar and spelling.
