Job SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers high-quality patient care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Reporting to a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN evaluates patients, administers medications, and supervises care provided by unlicensed staff.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
