As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will receive a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $28, with weekly pay. The work schedule typically consists of 8 to 10-hour shifts throughout the week. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and paid time off (PTO).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy machinery, including Graders, Dozers, Scrapers, Water Wagons, Compactors, Excavators, Skid Steers, and Front End Loaders.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
