Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Charlestowne Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, crafting signature cocktails, and offering recommendations on our local craft beers and wines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, to our guests.
  • Interact with Guests: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks.
  • Assess Guest Needs: Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations on our beverage menu.
  • Mix and Prepare Cocktails: Mix and prepare cocktails to our guests' specifications, using a variety of ingredients and techniques.
  • Plan and Present Bar Menu: Plan and present our bar menu, including specials and promotions.
  • Restock and Replenish Inventory: Restock and replenish our bar inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have everything we need to provide exceptional service.

Requirements
