We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at Progressions Rehabilitation. Our mission is to provide personalized care and life enrichment to adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries in a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and encourage clients to progress in their daily lives and engage in community activities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and household services
  • Support clients in preparing for their day, including transportation to appointments and therapy sessions
  • Perform range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities to promote client well-being

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain
