Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Medical Assistant to join our team at the Olympia Multi-specialty Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Administer medications, perform basic lab tests, and assist with medical procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • At least one year of experience working in a medical setting, preferably in a multi-specialty clinic
  • Washington State Medical Assistant-Certification or Washington State Nursing Assistant certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure setting
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.96 per hour

Work Environment:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
