Job Summary

Bridgeline Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a dynamic role that requires expertise in behavioral analysis and therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of problem behavior and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Design and Implement Intervention Plans: Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans based on the results of the assessment, ensuring treatment fidelity and effectiveness.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Provide Ongoing Support and Training: Provide ongoing support and training to families and caregivers to help them implement behavior interventions in the home and community.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Monitor and evaluate progress toward treatment goals and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide coordinated care for individuals with autism and related disabilities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
