Orthopedic and Spine Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Arlington. As a member of our operating room team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission of delivering world-class orthopedic and spine care.

About the Role

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless patient flow. You will work closely with our experienced surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Texas Nursing License
  • Current CPR, ACLS certified, and PALS preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) previous OR experience preferred
