Job Summary

CRSI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time LPN to join our team in providing high-quality care to adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine assessments to ensure the health and well-being of our clients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians
  • Treat illnesses and injuries in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicate with physicians to request and receive orders, and transcribe as required
  • Participate in admission and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for our clients
Requirements:
  • Current LPN or RN license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Starting pay of $26.75 per hour
