Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Lanham MD location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for individual patients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Qualifications
  • Currently Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in state of employment
  • Previous experience as a LPN is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • First aid/CPR certification required
