The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art 45-bed Emergency Department that cares for over 50,000 patients annually, including nearly 10,000 pediatric patients. Our brand new 9-bed pediatric zone is designed to provide exceptional care to babies, children, teens, and their families, with a focus on minimizing pain and discomfort.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers:
- A competitive salary of $425,000 per annum, reflecting the high demand for expert Pediatric Emergency Medicine services in rural areas.
- An exceptional work-life balance with no overnight shifts and defined clinical hours – 1,544 hours/year.
- Dual appointments in Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics, allowing for diverse professional growth opportunities.
- Support from a full range of dedicated specialists and subspecialists, including in-house Neonatologist and Pediatric Hospitalists.
- Ongoing enhancements to our fully-integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) – Epic.
We offer a monthly stipend of $5,000 to current fellows upon signature of an offer letter, further enhancing our commitment to your success.
