About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining complex CNC machines and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and equipment
- Diagnose and repair CNC machine malfunctions
- Installation of ball screws, fitting bearings, and performing gearbox rebuilds
- Understanding machine tool geometry and making adjustments as needed
- Maintenance of electrical systems, including 24V - 480V power distribution and control panels
- Blueprint reading and geometric tolerance understanding
- Interpreting CMM reports and implementing quality control measures
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC maintenance and repair
- Extensive knowledge of Siemens Controls, G&L or Cincinnati machines
- Experience with installing ball screws, fitting bearings, and performing gearbox rebuilds
- Ability to understand and work with all mechanical and electrical components of CNC machines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership skills
