We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Surgical Services Executive to manage our surgical division. The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated history of excellence in surgical operations, leadership, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all surgical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere within the surgical team.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement surgical protocols.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Accountable for planning, directing, and managing the OR, PACU, SSU, Endoscopy, and PAT departments.
  • Assist in achieving financial and operational goals for the surgical services area.

This role requires outstanding clinical knowledge, strategic foresight, and a dedication to advancing surgical services within our organization.

Qualifications:

  • Oklahoma State Board of Nurse Registration licensure for Registered Nurses (Required)
  • BLS certification (Required)
  • Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the OR with supervisory or management responsibilities (Required)

The Surgical Services Executive is expected to carry out most job responsibilities independently, adhering to established departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
