Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Close communication with referral sources
Outline clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Strong documentation skills recording patients' progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Educate patients and family members about the recovery process

Requirements:

Passion around serving others
Indiana license as an Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain license
Recent graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists encouraged to apply
