Spiritual Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spiritual Leader to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a Catholic Priest, you will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and support to our employees and their families.

• Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer spiritual guidance and support to employees and their families, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Lead Worship Services: Lead worship services and provide sacraments to employees and their families, ensuring a sense of community and connection.
• Develop and Implement Programs: Develop and implement programs to promote spiritual growth and well-being, including retreats, workshops, and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment, promoting a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
• Provide Counseling and Support: Provide counseling and support to employees and their families, addressing personal and professional challenges.
• Stay Current with Best Practices: Stay current with best practices in spiritual leadership, ensuring that our employees receive the highest level of care and support.

• Master of Divinity Degree: Possess a Master of Divinity Degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in theology and spiritual leadership.
• Faculties from the Archdiocese: Be granted Faculties by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS), USA, to include delegation for the administering of Catholic Rites/Services to military service members.
• Experience in Worship Provision: Possess a minimum of two years' experience in provision of worship as a Catholic priest, demonstrating a strong ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication with employees and their families.
