Speech Therapist for Young Autistic Clients

Soar Autism Center is a pioneering organization dedicated to providing high-quality, interdisciplinary services to children with autism and their families. We are currently seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Englewood, Colorado.
About the RoleWe offer an exciting opportunity for an SLP to work in a center-based setting with children aged 2-6. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties, including BCBAs, OTs, and psychologists.
- You will develop effective communication interventions, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, mental health professionals, and BCBAs to provide co-treatments and ensure seamless care coordination.
Your expertise as an SLP will enable you to monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families. Additionally, you will partner with clients' families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them throughout their journey.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program;
- A license to practice speech pathology;
- At least 3 years of experience as an SLP, with a preference for those with prior experience working with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams;
- The ability to connect and engage with young children.

The salary for this position ranges from $77,500 to $95,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience. If you're a Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow, your salary would be $73,000 per year.
