Hempler Foods Group LLC is seeking an experienced Safety Director to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. As a Safety Director, you will develop and implement safety policies, conduct regular audits and inspections, and provide training programs for production employees.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Provide training programs for production employees on safety protocols and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of safety compliance and inspection results
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental safety or a related field
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., Certified Safety Professional [CSP], Associate Safety Professional [ASP], or OSHA certifications)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a safety management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $78,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, annual bonus, 9 paid holidays, generously paid time off, 401K with matching, life insurance, medical/wellness plan, and employee discounts.
