Job Title: Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ACCESS (MI). This role will provide general medical care and treatment to patients under multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health history, physical exams, and assess overall client health in order to determine healthcare needs.
  • Develop individualized plans of care including client-focused interventions and prevention plans for high-risk clients.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team as needed.

Educational Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of one year in a medical office setting and at least one year working with youth.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Michigan Nursing License.
  • Nurse Practitioner Certification.
  • Physician Assistant License.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal business hours with some additional hours required.
  • No travel required.

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
