We are Direct Marketing Solutions, a leading company in our field. We're looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist II to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work with machinery and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Job Description:

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist II will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all production equipment and machines. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with Mailing and Bindery department equipment, replacing parts, recording parts consumption, and performing general facilities maintenance work.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Mailing and Bindery department equipment.
  • Replace parts or perform rebuilding and re-timing of primary and ancillary Mailing and Bindery equipment as needed.
  • Record parts consumption and inventory for accuracy.
  • Perform general facilities maintenance work.
  • Report major damage to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
  • Operate a forklift to move equipment or materials.
  • Report any safety concerns.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on DMS production equipment and machines.
  • Communicate with Production leaders.
  • Operate pallet jacks.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with DMS Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Adhere to all DMS policies and procedures.
  • Learn and adhere to IT and data security policies.
  • Complete compliance training.

Requirements:

  • Two years' relevant experience.
  • Basic mechanic skills.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying 25-50lbs or more.
