Job Summary:As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in CVICU or ICU
- BSN degree or higher
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
