• Operate and monitor equipment including cone crushers, jaw crushers, screen plants, conveyors, and hoppers.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Comply with Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations.
• Handle adjustments and repairs such as conveyor belt replacement, changing cone liners, changing out bearings, tracking belts correctly, and screen replacements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Manage troubleshooting and technical challenges efficiently.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Actively participate in fostering a quality control culture to meet and exceed the expected standards.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Skills: Proficient in managing 480V 3-phase power systems and mechanical repairs.
• Certifications: MSHA certified preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Physical Requirements: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
